Family is important to us!
Over the years, the couple’s four sons have worked in the business in various roles and occasionally their wives did as well. Currently, Joseph Toney, the Aulick’s oldest son is back working for the family business filling a much-needed I.T role. Since 2009, Joseph Gonzalez-Dufresne has been working in the business filling several roles: marketing coordinator, creative designer, training coordinator and website development guru. He is married to April Aulick’s youngest sister and is an integral part of the team.
Byron Aulick, President
Mr. Aulick is ECMs, CDIA+, PDI+, Project+ certified, and has been involved in the document imaging and management industry since the mid 1980′s. He has sold, implemented, trained on and supported EDM / ECM systems ever since. Mr. Aulick has authored many of the course materials for the training programs we provide, as well as actively and passionately teaches those courses — globally. Mr. Aulick is our lead consultant who enjoys showing his customers how to move away from intensive manual operations to improving operations through effective use of –the right — technology.
When Mr. Aulick entered this field he began as a component level technician servicing bar code equipment for a co-inventor of Code-39. He later started installing and servicing large document management systems for the banking industry. Mr. Aulick loved the technology and quickly became a consultant that led him to travel nationally consulting for banks and speaking at their conferences.
Mr. Aulick’s background in sales that started at the early age of 13, coupled with the last 25 years experience in the EDM / ECM industry has given him a keen understanding of all aspects of document management sales. This experience has given him a deep insight and a solid understanding of how to sell the right solution. Mr. Aulick has developed a curriculum for specifically teaching EDM Sales professionals how to effectively sell solutions.
